You settled my Loss of Rents at a figure that allowed me to not lose any rent and allowed me an extra month to rent the property once the building was completed.

Your company quickly got us a repair estimate, presented it to our insurance company and had our claim settled within thirty days of the fire. We know this was a quick settlement because we have seen other people’s claims linger for months. Not only did you get us a quick settlement, you got us all of the money we needed to make the repairs and bring our building up to code. You also got us a fine result on our Loss of Rents.

You and your associates were able to assist us in recreating all the personal property that was in the cottage, as well as being stored underneath. Your ability to reverse State Farm’s 75% depreciation trend to a more reasonable 35% trend secured us monies that we never had planned on receiving. Lastly, your ability to review our building coverage(s) and secure additional areas of coverage that we never realized we had, allowed us to collect a lot more dollars that we would not have received. It certainly pays to have a professional like you on our side.

Even though we lost all our receipts for furniture and other household items in our house fire you still successfully fought and won a fair settlement for our family. And what's more you were able to do this in quickest possible time. We also want to thank you for returning all our phone calls be it day, night, weekends which helped relieve our enormous tension.
